NICA is based around conventional drawing
standards of construction drawings. These drawings are completely 3D animated
and substitutes the standard set of construction drawings while at the same
time supplying even more information on the particular project. Using an interactive interface, all users will be able to browse and view the project and all associated information. All items, site plans, details, notes and more are completed and rendered in 3D animation, giving the user more information and a direct location of where to find any one particular item or view. By using the built in table of contents, designers are able to quickly guide the user to what they would like to see and or review.
We are now into a phase where creating 3D models of all possible construction items are generated into a single model and displayed in a format for all and anyone would be able to navigate. This amazing technology is taking us to a completely new world where issues delaying a construction project would be non-existent.
